Luxurious and well-appointed rooms, charming staff. Generally everything was good, nevertheless the bathroom was not so clean. Found in the quiet area near to the centre of Nairobi, the Nairobi international airport and Nairobi, the hotel offered decent prices.
A very positive stay. A well-equipped room and a strategic location, value for price. The staff was absolutely perfect and was always available. Pleasant view, a little balcony, lovely bed, too. The breakfast had lots of options and included bread, coffee, cheese, muffins and toast. Quick check in and exemplary service.
I had a fab stay and I will come back. Staff was excellent co-operating, pool area was heated, and breakfast was exceptional. The deluxe suite was attractive, it included iron/ironing board, hairdryer and double glazed windows. The bed was soft, and there was a bright bathroom.
Right place for a 1-night stay. Take a look at Kilimani district, it's worth it. It was very handy to have an electric kettle, a fridge and kitchenware in the room.
We had a deluxe king suite, and we appreciated it. Moreover, we could use free Wi-Fi.
Nice place to stay in Nairobi, nothing bothered me. Attractive and competitive value for money for my city break. Room met needs well. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Ashaki Grill that was only 5 minutes' walk away...
Very clean property. The room was so good sized. Short way from The Royal Pot Restaurant, where you can have lunch. Location met expectations;)))
